The church isn’t a building, it’s a people!!!!
The church isn’t
or a business
or an organization
it’s the body of Christ!!!
There is one body, and one Spirit,
even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all,
who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
We The Church are the body of Christ in the earth.
We are not a denomination,
though we are from many different denominations
and yet not fully defined by any and none.
We are those that believe there is really only
one universal Church
defined by our faith in Jesus Christ
as our Lord and Savior.
The church is living stones being built up together
for a dwelling place
a habitation for God in the earth.
The Church cannot be defined as anything
other than being the very Body and Bride of Christ,
His people called by His name.
We The Church are the family of God.
We The Church are the children of God.
We The Church are Christians.
We are the believers in Christ the Messiah
the Son of God.
We are the nameless and faceless generation
that echo the sentiments of the apostle Paul when He said
it’s no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me.
We are an army rising
and a light dawning
even in the midst of a dark, crooked and perverse generation.
We are those that have found
that the Kingdom of God
is like a treasure
buried in a field
or a pearl of great price,
when on the discovery of this one thing of great value
we have found the wisdom to forsaken all else,
to take hold of the kingdom of God
as that Kingdom has taken hold of us
this great and precious salvation
God’s Love for us.
We The Church are those that behold the glory of God
and are being transformed
into that same image
from glory to glory
even as we are being conformed
into the image of God’s one and only begotten Son.
We The Church are coheirs with Christ,
Stewards with God over His creation.
Strangers from a Heavenly Kingdom.
We are a holy people
clothed with the very righteousness of God
that is in Christ Jesus our Lord
Through His body and blood
Through His cross
We have been crucified to this world
Buried with Him through baptism
and raised up in newness of life by the glory of the Father
The same power that raised Christ from the dead.
We the church are priests and kings in the earth.
Having nothing yet possessing everything.
Rulers that have been made to become the very servants of all.
We are the hands and feet of Christ
and the Body of Christ in this earth
collaborating to see God’s Kingdom come
and His will be done
as it is in heaven.
We are The Church!
