If you didn’t have a chance to read about what God did at the Youth Camp Daniel taught at earlier this month we wanted to share more about what happened. Earlier this month Daniel had the opportunity to speak at a Youth Camp hosted by House of Help in Detroit. He was tasked with teaching the children ages 6-16 on how to share the Gospel with those in their communities. The entire week was completely God ordained…the first day started with 12 kids receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and/or rededicate their lives to the Lord; on Friday there was a baptism service and several kids made a public proclamation of their dedication to the Lord. Throughout the week they were taught how to pray for people and how to operate in the Spirit. The kids were given opportunity to pray for each other to receive healing and of the 8 kids who asked for prayer ALL received healing! God is so amazing!!
At the end of the week they we
nt into the community and prayed for people. One person in the community gave their life to the Lord and another with a wrist injury was completely healed. So many people in the community were blessed by these kids.
This week was a continued confirmation that God desires to radically change our cities and He is doing it through the Youth. Help us continue to pour into the next generation.
